Parish Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings will be held remotely from April during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The first meeting will be a meeting postponed from 14 April 2020, which will now be held on Tuesday 21 April 2020 at 7.30pm.  This meeting will be held using the Zoom app, and participants will be logging in to the meeting from 7.25pm.

Members of the public are still able to participate in Parish Council meetings during the public forum.  This can be done through the Zoom app, but it will be necessary for access to be requested, preferably with as much notice as possible by contacting the Clerk at the Parish Council Email address highnampc@highnambband.co.uk, in order that an invitation to the meeting can be sent.

It is intended that future Parish Council meetings will also be held remotely, according to the normal schedule on the second Tuesday of each month, until such time as the Government lifts the restrictions on public gatherings.
