Highways and Byeways management problems

The Clerk to The Parish Council and The Chairman plus The Highways Engineer went on a walkabout around The Parish on Wednesday the 13th of February: the purpose being to point out all the important problems affecting roads, pathways and road junctions and road signs and gutters. As a result the Lassington Lane junction with the B1425  has had some work done in filling in potholes but I might add the repairs do not look as if they will last very long. The dangerous junction where the Lassington Reach Development abuts on to Lassington Lane was also pointed out and since the meeting we have received news that the junction is not yet finished and further road safety construction is yet to be completed.
